Tonight- Music filled my heart. Harmonies and guitars and drums brought me closer to God. The beauty and power resounding from incredible voices cleared my mind and helped me focus and made life blur all at the same moment. Things I thought I wanted drifted away- people I thought I desired to be close to faded . My soul was touched by the inspiration of others- the passion of people doing what they love- following dreams- living in the moment- being true to the gifts they have been given. Life is too short to let slide the things that make us happy- the things that drive us forward and the things that push us toward greatness. Life is too short not to surround ourselves with people we love, people who challenge and motivate us, people who build us up and help us grow, make us laugh... and think... and feel. Life is too short to not CHOOSE to fill our lives with this sort of 'music'.
